A national recognition highlighting the breakthrough potential of microalgae-based carbon utilization
SYKLEA is proud to announce that we have been selected as a finalist of the Cleantech Open France 2025, among more than 200 candidate companies. This recognition highlights the disruptive potential of our No Water Technology™, a patented microalgae-based system capable of capturing and transforming CO₂ without the use of water — a significant leap forward for industrial decarbonization.
The selection by Cleantech Open France acknowledges the scientific relevance, economic impact, and scalability of our work in the field of carbon utilization (CCU). Our technology enables the conversion of CO₂ into valuable bio-based molecules and sustainable fuels, offering an alternative to traditional carbon capture and storage strategies.
This achievement reflects the dedication of our scientific, engineering, and operations teams who have spent years pushing the boundaries of microalgae biotechnology. It also confirms the relevance of our mission: turning CO₂ into value and building the foundations of a circular, bio-based industrial economy.
