A strategic milestone confirming Syklea’s international expansion and the rising demand for CO₂-to-fuel technologies

SYKLEA is proud to announce its official entry into the United States, marked by the opening of a new branch in New York City and the launch of our first major CO₂ valorization project on American soil.

This milestone follows more than twenty years of research in microalgae biotechnology and the industrial development of our patented No Water Technology™, enabling the conversion of CO₂ into sustainable fuels and bio-based molecules at scale.

Establishing a foothold in the U.S. — one of the world’s most dynamic ecosystems for climate tech, clean industry, and deep-tech innovation — is a decisive step in Syklea’s mission: accelerating the transition from carbon capture to carbon utilization (CCU).

Our upcoming American installation aims to demonstrate the performance, scalability, and industrial viability of CO₂-to-fuel biosynthetic pathways, offering new opportunities for sectors facing major decarbonization challenges such as chemicals, aviation, and heavy industry.

The New York office will also serve as a collaboration hub, strengthening scientific partnerships, fostering innovation, and supporting the deployment of Syklea’s technologies across North America.

🇺🇸 This is only the beginning.
In the coming months, we will announce new scientific collaborations, laboratory developments, and large-scale deployment initiatives as Syklea accelerates its expansion in the United States.

By seeing CO₂ not as waste but as a resource, Syklea is helping build the foundations of a circular, bio-based industrial future.
